1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the cuci1000 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If cuci1000 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited without notice.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and preferred payment details. You must promptly notify cuci1000 if any of your registered information changes.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cuci1000 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your credentials. 4.4 — KYC Verification

All transactions are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified.

5.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. cuci1000 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published withdrawal speed tiers. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow/FPX transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Withdrawal speed indicators are estimates and are not guarantees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by cuci1000 are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Participation in the cuci1000 VIP Loyalty Programme is subject to the programme's specific terms, which may be updated from time to time. Birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and tier-based benefits are granted at cuci1000's discretion and are not a contractual entitlement.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 — Acceptance of Bets

cuci1000 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, the odds or game outcome has been mispriced due to a technical error, or cuci1000 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet constitutes or is connected to fraudulent activity.

7.2 — Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: abandonment or postponement of a sporting event without completion, manifest pricing errors, or where cuci1000 determines that a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. cuci1000's decision on void bet determinations is final.

7.3 — In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets on sporting events — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other markets — are placed and processed on a best-efforts basis. There may be a delay between the occurrence of an in-game event and the suspension of the corresponding betting market. cuci1000 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an outcome has effectively been determined due to data latency.

7.4 — Casino Game Results

All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer operations, as applicable. cuci1000 does not interfere with game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee individual session results.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci1000 platform:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, email address, or payment method;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using or attempting to use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair betting advantage;
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;

Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited activities may have their account suspended or permanently closed, may have all funds in their account frozen or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cuci1000 platform — including but not limited to the cuci1000 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of cuci1000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cuci1000 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

cuci1000 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 — Suspension by cuci1000

cuci1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) cuci1000 has reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached these Terms; (b) a User's account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or fraud investigation; (c) a User fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or (d) cuci1000 is required to do so under applicable law or regulation.

12.2 — Closure by the User

12.3 — Effect of Closure
